B.O.X (Baroque Orchestration X) is an ensemble from Antwerp (Belgium) that creates new sound worlds by playing epic, historical instruments, and by collaborating with inspiring artists from around the world.
Founded in 2010 by lute player Pieter Theuns, B.O.X gathers the finest players of baroque instruments such as harpsichord, theorbo, baroque harp, viola da gamba, cornetto, sackbut etc.
Since their foundation in 2010, B.O.X has collaborated with a variety of artists, such as Dez Mona, Spinvis, Efterklang, Shara Nova, Valgeir Sigurdsson, Petur Ben, Mugison, Richard Reed Parry (Arcade Fire), An Pierlé, Tsar B, Eefje De Visser, Stef Kamil Carlens, Bent Van Looy and DM Stith.
