Welcome to The Wild Stage, a symbiotic collision of human energies, a kaleidoscopic sanctuary of encounters.

Inspired by Kurt Weill & Bertolt Brecht’s Aufstieg auf der Stadt Mahagonny, oester presents a multilayered research into our human need for escapism and invites Casper Clausen, Timo Tembuyser, Baroque Orchestration X’s Jon Birdsong and Pieter Theuns and Adriaan de Roover to improvise and experiment. Together they co-create musical compositions that evolve into a stream of soundscapes. Vocally led by Casper Clausen and Timo Tembuyser, The Wild Stage oscillates between pop, baroque and electronic music, between the contemporary and the classical. On stage they are joined by the dancers Matteo Sedda, Rob Hayden and Mustaf Ahmeti.

The Wild Stage is all about descending into your own shadow and meeting yourself in the midst of the crowd. Are you in? Or are you out?
